Mekari by RK has been in business since 2018. Over the years, we have experienced repeated misuse of refund requests, which has caused significant losses to our business. In several instances, jewelry was worn at events and functions and then sent back as a return. There have also been cases where customers returned incomplete orders, claimed damage that was not present at dispatch, or replaced original jewelry with cheaper items before returning them.
To protect our brand, ensure fairness, and maintain product quality standards, we have made the decision to not offer refunds under any circumstances. This policy allows us to continue operating responsibly and serving genuine customers.
Exchange Policy
We do not offer refunds. Only exchanges are available.
Approved exchanges may be made for any other item available on our store, subject to stock availability.
Any price difference must be paid by the customer.
Eligibility for Exchange
To qualify for an exchange:
1- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received
2- All tags must be intact
3- The item must be in its original packaging
4- An unboxing video is required for all exchange claims
Any item showing signs of use, damage, alteration, or tampering will not be accepted.
How to Request an Exchange
Exchange requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving the order with unboxing video proof and ship within 24 to 48 hours providing tracking id to customer support channels.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours with:
1- A clear unboxing video
2- Supporting videos
Claims without proper evidence will not be considered.
Quality Concerns
1- Quality-related exchange requests will only be considered if the product does not match the images or videos displayed on our website
2- Customers are strongly advised to review product images and YouTube videos carefully before placing an order
Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for exchange:
1- Custom or personalized orders
2- Personal-use items such as nose rings and nose pins
3- purchased items with gift cards
Shipping Charges
If the exchange is due to a change of mind, the customer will be responsible for all return and exchange shipping charges.
In genuine cases approved by our team, the customer may send the item at their own cost. The shipping charges will either be adjusted in the exchange order or paid back to the customer, as decided by Mekari by RK.
Final Decision
Mekari by RK reserves the right to approve or decline any exchange request if it does not meet the above conditions.
